If you are making any changes/additions to your order, PLEASE include the item (artist/title), the price, the format. We get many requests daily to make additions to orders, and in order to keep up with the requests, we need complete information sent to us. It's time consuming sending emails back and forth for confirmation. If the data is incomplete, it just causes further delays to your order. If all the information is in one place, it's easier for us to take care of your request and minimize delays and errors. We'd appreciate it!

•Vinyl is located in the 'Cassette/LP' section. All vinyl titles are special orders (meaning we do not stock them). Availability is not guaranteed on all titles, since many vinyl releases are limited edition pressings. There are no returns on any vinyl title. We will be adding/editing the list of titles posted online as information becomes available to us. We've listed well over 200 titles, including some picture discs as well as 7" singles.
•For those of you who ordered online and did not save (or lost) your email/confirmation receipt, you can check the status of your order online by just clicking the Customer Service button and entering the requested information located at the top of the page. Many other frequently asked questions can be answered here as well - the Customer Service button is located on the left-hand side of the page.
